On Monday, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green sent home Pip and James Massone during The Voice's instant elimination.

On Tuesday, the voting results were announced. And the two contestants who weren't saved by America had to perform once again in hopes of getting their coach to pick them to continue on to the semi-finals.

Keep reading to find out who's safe and who's leaving The Voice. Spoliers ahead!

Team Adam: Voters saved Tony Lucca, leaving Mathai and Katrina Parker to sing for their coach's save.

Mathai performed a spirited version of Carrie Underwood's "Cowboy Casanova" but Katrina Parker's version of "Perfect" by Pink won over most of the panel. Adam struggled for a while to make a decision but finally chose Katrina to continue on his team.

"I'm shocked and obviously very happy," Katrina said. "This is very bittersweet because I'm very attached to Mathai."

Mathai thanked her coach, the show and America for "showing me how much I want to sing for the rest of my life."

Cee Lo: Jamar Rogers had the most votes, leaving Cheesa and Juliet Simms to sing for their lives on the show. Cheesa sang Kelly Clarkson's "Already Gone" but the panel agreed that she was flat throughout most of the song. On the other hand, Juliet's version of "Torn" by Natalie Imbruglia won over the coaches, including her own, Cee Lo, who saved her from elimination.

A tearful Cheesa and Juliet embraced but didn't have time to comment – perhaps because Adam took so long to make his decision!
