Prince William rang his grandmother when the first version of his wedding guest list was presented to him and there were 777 people on it he didn’t know. How does that work? Does he make an appointment for the phone call or does the butler just pick up as Will’s all like,”Yo, put granny on the phone”?
Granny told him to invite his friends first, and not to bother with all the important strangers that, on political protocol, the people who manage such things suggested for him to include. Granny also told him what to wear. So when you look back on these shots of him and Harry on April 29, 2011 in their uniforms, know that this moment of wedding style was brought to you by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
What difference does a year make? Well, for starters, a fascinating ass turned out to be a total bore. More on that later. Let’s revisit their wedding on the occasion of their first anniversary. And you know how it is with doctors - they make you wait for hours sometimes. It’s a regular 3 month visit and last time was good news.
