Bobby Brown just pled not guilty to driving under the influence, but the judge threw in an extra condition to his bail -- he can't consume alcohol.
Bobby also pled not guilty to driving on a suspended license.
The singer was arrested last month after cops noticed he was driving while taking on his cell phone at around noon. Once pulled over, police had more than a sneaking suspicion he was under the influence -- he reeked of alcohol. During the field sobriety test, Bobby blew a .12 -- and in California, that's called legally drunk.
